Terms & Conditions

1. This website is designed for use by those over 18. 

2. By booking sessions you agree you are over 18.

3. All sessions booked will be honoured to the best of our capabilities. Sessions which are not booked to a minimum of half capacity will be unable to be run. If we are unable to complete a course for this reason, or a session due to emergency, ill health or technical difficulty, a replacement session will be offered in it's place. For one off sessions, a refund will be offered.

4. Cancellations and refunds will be processed only in accordance with our cancellation policy.

5. Course content may vary slightly between sessions, due to the nature of table top roleplaying games and improvisation.

6. Lord Foxley is not responsible for the content of external links from this site, or sent in email communications, or harm arising from following them, or downloading content from them.

7. All copyright remains with the creator of the intellectual property -

9. Lord Foxley retains the right to remove those who persist with inappropriate or offensive behaviour from sessions. In these cases no refund will be issued.

10. Lord Foxley holds no liability for loss, or damage to property or well-being from participating in these sessions.

11. Terms and conditions are flexible documents, which are subject to change as required.
