Accessibility

Lord Foxley is a disabled run business, and we have first hand experience of the way society can exclude many demographics of the population.

With this in mind we aim to be as inclusive and accessible as possible. We do however understand that accessibility looks different to everyone, and recognise that we are not infallible. If there is a way we can make changes to make our services, website, or content more accessible to you; please do get in touch by clicking the contact tab at the top of the screen, contacting us on our social media channels, or emailing us on Lord_Foxley@outlook.com. If you would like a video chat for accessibility, please contact us on any of the methods above, letting us know and we will endeavour to schedule this with you with in 48 hours.

Our current accessibility commitments include:

  • Our website is designed with accessibility features and alt text for photos built in.

  • We are a Neurodivergent friendly platform, and aim to provide resources for our games which are accessible to Dyslexic participants.

  • On our social media channels, all video and picture content will have alt text, or captions. We endeavour to self transcribe, and not utilise auto generated captions unless essential.

  • We strive to have a variety of ways in which you can contact us.

  • We run online, and in person (currently on pause) sessions, meaning our sessions are open to everyone with a computer and internet access.

  • The platform we use to play our games has a built in zoom feature, allowing participants to view our battle maps in the level of detail required for them.

  • Our current platform for games is video based, and as this is live from a multitude of participants, captions are regretfully unavailable; we do however run text based games, and welcome enquiries if you feel this would make TTRPG's more accessible to you.

  • We are aware that finances can be difficult. We have intentionally created our sessions to be as low cost as we can realistically sustain. However if you are experiencing financial difficulties, please do contact us and we may be able to discuss payment plans etc. to support you during this time.
